【Honeycomb biscuit 蜂窝饼】
材料: 5粒蛋,300克糖,500毫升椰浆 250克粘米粉,100克普通面粉,100克玉米粉 Ingredients: 5 eggs, 300g sugar, 500ml coconut milk 250g rice flour, 100g plain flour, 100g corn flour 做法: How to make Honeycomb biscuit: Step by step instruction with recipe... 1.) 蛋和糖打均。 Mix well eggs and sugar. 2.) 加入椰浆搅均 Add in coconut milk and mix well. 3.) 筛入粉搅拌均匀。 Sift in flour and mix well. 4.) 把模型放入热油数分钟。 Soak mould in medium heated oil for a few minutes. 5.) 把模型沾入面糊。 Place mould in the mixture. 6.) 放入锅以中火炸至金黄色即可。 Dip mould into medium heated oil and let them fry until golden colour. 食谱来源:Amiliaya Recipe
