Arrived Homes has grown tremendously since its launch, where 51 homes with a property value of approximately $18.5 million were funded in 2021. As of now, in 2022, approximately $17 million worth of properties have been funded.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The investors can choose their liking when the platform offers the shares after finding and acquiring residential properties.The property management is by the company while investors just collect their shares and wait for value appreciation.
